KENT JOHNSSON ARCHITECT PLLC was established in February 2007. We are a general practice architectural firm, providing a full range of planning and design services. Our work includes custom residential projects, commercial office space, hospital and medical facilities.

As a small architectural firm, I stress attention to detail, and my personal involvement at every stage of your project. We work closely with our clients to achieve sensible and attractive designs that respect your budget and the existing character of your office, building or home. Services are individually scoped to meet the requirements of each specific project. We work closely with you to develop design alternatives, budgets and overall project planning from initial design through completion of construction.

We are a local architectural firm and have an excellent relationship with the White Plains Building Department and other municipal governments throughout Westchester County. Mr. Johnsson also serves as a member of the White Plains Design Review Board, the White Plains Green Technology Committee and is a member of NYSBOC (New York State Building Officials Conference).
