Ardsley Residence
The new garage is buried within a rock cut and features a “green” roof that will be planted with native grasses and wildflowers to integrate the structure into the site. The garage is one part of a project that included a new access roadway, entry plaza, water feature, entrance and front door.
Note: The water feature and landscape planting will be completed in the spring.

Mamaroneck Alteration/Addition
Alterations and additions to a classic 1850's Victorian home in Mamaroneck. Work includes a new
kitchen, mudroom and pantry at the first floor, a master bedroom suite at the second floor and
exterior deck, porch and patio.
The actual addition to the house is limited to 380 sf (on two floors) with the remainder of the
required program area acquired by redesigning existing house spaces. |

Greenburgh Deck
The goal of the deck design was to provide a defined open area for family parties and smaller
intimate gatherings while maintaining direct access to the spacious backyard. Two wood frame
pergolas organize and define seating and cooking areas. The pergola roofs are sheathed in a
hardwood lattice, which provides shading from the sun but still maintains an open feel.

White Plains Apartment
Complete apartment renovation. Working closely with the owners, we designed a modern apartment that compliments the owner’s furniture, art collection and lifestyle. Built-in cabinets and shelves are used throughout the living areas to maximize open space and utility. Elegant but cost effective materials were selected to enhance the modern feel of the apartment.

Entertainment Cabinet
Design of a built-in cabinet that provides space for the owners’ audiovisual equipment, storage for
games and household items, and open shelves for display. A subtle curve (at the center) helps reduce the overall scale of the cabinet and cove lighting behind the crown moulding provides a soft uplight.

White Plains Deck & Spa
The work consisted of replacing the existing deteriorated deck with a larger rectilinear design and incorporating a pre-manufactured spa building. The majority of our work focused on achieving an elegant site plan while meeting the requirements of the city’s zoning ordinance. The homeowner built the entire project.
